Clean up.

1 min read
After being away from this site for two years, I decided to clean up my Deviations. I got rid of a lot of ones I've done in the past I now consider "childish", or "emo-phase" and will continue to master my writing and photography.

I've been writing a story that would be considered an autobiography but with a few things changed/twisted/added/omitted--at least in the last few years. My story could be considered tragic, or unbelievable, either way, it's worth a read. Not being narcissistic but it's one of those stories women get all weepy over.

I have access to a Canon Rebel XTi and will be using it when I feel inspired. I will be focusing mainly on nature and stock images until I can get up the courage to venture out.

That is the update, folks.

Lately all I have been wanting to do is write... and I have done just that. About two years ago I felt the urge to start a novel. I got about 30 pages in and then stopped. I felt a block, even though I knew what I wanted to do. I tried to keep on it, however if you have block you just wind up going back and erasing what you wrote because it's not to your liking. I couldn't force it. Then life happened and I stopped completely. I lost all the work I have done on it in the midst of various computer changes and my notebook being "borrowed" and ne'er to be returned again. The good news in all of this is that I remember what I was going for and most of the character names and such so I am going to attempt to start again. I have been working on and off with a script but I have a block right now regarding it so I have to switch for a while.

As for photography, I have two very good ideas in mind but sadly won't be able to do either one until I return to Oregon in September. Unfortunely I have left my models there and I so want to use those particular two for these particular works so I am going to wait it out. However, I do have one more idea in mind that when I get a little money I will buy the supplies I need and test it out. We'll see how it goes. I have a couple of minor ideas but nothing worthy of making a piece out it. I have been giving others suggestions for little things here and there.

As for the movie I mentioned that I was working on in March... production went fantastically. I am impressed with the entire crew. We pulled it off. Long hours, some that never ended, hard work and blood, sweat and tears (literally), we made an amazing effort and that's all one can hope for. The movie trailer can be found here, I hope you view it because I take pride in the fact that I helped make it. The premiere is set for the first or second week of September and I am stoked. Not only to see the movie but to see the amazing group that created it. It'll be great to see them again. Plus, I will be working with most of them again for the next production.

Many things are coming around for me to work on creatively. I just hope I have enough time.

So... this is my first time on here since it looks to be... June last year sometime. I know I was saying all this crap about being creative and inspired but I guess all talk no action with me. Anyways, I have several rolls of film yet to be developed and I'm not quite sure when I'm going to do them. No job = no money. You know how that goes.

Anyway, for any of those interested, starting March 19th, I will be working on a movie set! I will probably write up a essay to follow about my trials and tribulations as a Key PA/Prop master/coffee girl/whatever else they want me to do. Payment is deferred until distribution, however when that goes through I will be getting paid my $200 daily rate. So over the course of a 3 week shoot... you do the math. Not about the money though, it's about finally doing something I've been dying to do and it's getting me prepared for my movie career. Shark Bite Productions is not going to magically appear to a young woman with only 3 years of experience from Wal-Marx. It's going to happen when this woman follows up on her career and goes for the silver (or white gold).

And as a side note, two days following my birthday (that makes it the 25th of April), I'll be moving to New Jersey for the summer. It'll be nice to get away from this hellhole and away from everything I know for a while. I'm just sick of waiting for things to happen that aren't going to if I continue to stay here.

So until next time I feel inspired... I'll see you next year. I kid of course.

... I like to wave at them as they pass by.

Nearly five months since I have even signed on to one of my most favorite internet spots... my how I've missed it.

I'm back. I am geared towards art lately so I am going to run with it. I have another studio still in the works but have to edit it before posting it, but I think the outcome will be good.

I have a new digital camera on the way, one that actually is worth taking pictures with, but for right now I will stick to my baby and see where it takes me.

I am looking back on my older stuff and cringing but also proud that I actually have a hobby I adore and try to keep up with.

Until next time,
Tatiana

"'Cause all you see is where else you could be when you're at home / Out on the street are so many possibilities to not be alone" - Your Heart is an Empty Room - Death Cab For Cutie

Almost been two months since I've updated. I've felt very little inspiration as of late- maybe I just need a day out with my baby (my camera) and get back to what I enjoy, or a trip to an exotic location and capture some nature.

Holiday season coming up, maybe I can see snow for the first time in 18 years... maybe. The blanket of snow that falls to the ground and covers all that can be seen is quite a sight.

I'm curious if I can become creative again. Heartbreak swings both ways, you are either become prolific with jaded thoughts that need to escape the brain, or you become so lovesick and useless you don't do anything at all. Hopefully for me it isn't the latter.

With lack of inspiration and an even bigger lack of words to say, I bid you farewell.
